Dr. Wirth grew up in San Antonio and received her bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University. While at Tech, she competed on the equestrian team and worked in swine research. During undergrad, she completed a semester long internship at Peterson and Smith in the reproduction clinic before attending veterinary school at Texas A&M.

Dr. Wirth has a strong interest in reproduction and sports medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and riding horses.
