Dr. Rivera is originally from Puerto Rico. He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science from University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. He completed his Veterinary Degree in 2018 at Texas A&M, and an Equine Internship at Wellington, FL in 2019. In 2022, Dr. Rivera completed his internal medicine residency at Texas A&M, and practiced in Canada as general/internal medicine ambulatory practitioner. Dr. Rivera's veterinary medicine interests include: respiratory disease, endoscopy, gastroscopy, gastrointestinal disease, lameness, and neonatal care. During his time away from the clinic, he enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife, and attending sports events including, baseball, basketball and horse racing.
